Hi - Just to clarify - I am in the US and my application is being processed from the Baffalo office. please advise on the process and document requirements to send to the Saudi embassy.

One you have a letter from Buffalo, send this letter with fingerprint card to Saudi Consulate at NY.

also send one letter to consulate with your e-mail address, with in one month you will be receiving e-mail from SA consulate that you have to collect you PCC.
than either you can drive there or send them your credit card details so they can send you by fedex.
