All on this forum,

1. Is it possible to maintain PR status and fufilled residency obligations without staying in Canada, for example while staying in USA.
2. What are or could be the circumstances under which a person can claim the above.
3. Anyone with this kind of Situtaion at this moment and what/how are they planning on this front?

I am working in USA on H1 visa along with my Family is with me (on H4) and we are likely to stay till the end of March 07. ( Landed immigrant since Jun'2004)

Ofcourse we are visiting Canada frequently (say almost every two months) and stay almost a week or more. I know that does n't help much.

Suggestions or your experiences on this please. may be it is an old topic, and not sure if it is worth discussing.
