I dont think you will find any goan cook in this forum. Most of the people here are professionals - accountants, engineers, doctors etc. But who knows - the way things are - difficulty in finding jobs in ones field - wont be surprised that many will be willing to learn Goan cooking for the income. Seriously, why dont you try out Dom's kitchen in mississauga/scarborough or Gomantak in Scarborough. Not the same sorpotel or vindaloo you get in Goa, but beggers cant be choosers!

tks but dom's kitchne and the other restaurant will not be able to part with their cook.

as you said this forum is for professional "Only", i dissagree and in canada , anyone who feels needs to supplement their income can do any kind of job, even washing toilets and cook is still a dignitied job.

I never said this forum is only for professionals, but most of the people out here are professionals. There may be others also using this site.

As for Goan cooking, you will have to pay an exorbitant price for it. You will not find someone providing Goan food. It may be easier to get someone provide say Gujarati food or Punjabi food, specially in the Mississauga/ Brampton area
