I am PR holder .
I am single unmarried.
I am in love with indian guddi.
I need your advise on following.
My Option # 1 is to go to India, complete marriage formalities, come back to Canada and apply for sponsership of my fiance/wife.
OPTION # 2. To sponser my fiance in Canada, and complete marriage formalities with in 90 days of arrival.
My aim is to get my fiance in Canada as early as possible.
Can you please advise which option I should consider ?
How much will be the waiting period ?
What are the ligal complications in completing legal process and arrival of my fiance ?

I cannot unfortunately give you an expert advise but a practical & sure one, would be to get your fiancee in Canada on a visitors visa. Marry her in Canada & she'll be allowed to live with you. During this time you drop a application for sponsorship from within Canada, bear in mind that she will be by your side during the processing of her application.
Your other option of marrying her in India forget it.....you & your wife will be apart for 6-12 months during your sponsorship application after getting married.
