I THINK YOU ARE HAVING TOTALLY WRONG CONCEPT OF INDIA.
Yes i do agree that in movies there is some sor of sex sort shown but remember in school it is never ever tought how to use condoms and how to imply on and how to practically use it. Nor school girls are shown any sex movies which makes them curious about the sex and then they are tempted to do it. Have you ever seen school girls kissing boys or just having sex with school boys. ? If NO then you are totally unaware of the fact and hence you need to know before you come for any discussion. And if YES then i am sorry to say that you are the same girl which would like to fulfil the temptation before any maturity stage....

At the risk of getting kicked out by moderator, and tethering on the fine line between modesty and vulgarity, let me say
Watching sex movies are NOT the ONLY factor in being curious about or creating desire for sex. First of all, it is the hormones, it is the mother nature that puts the desire for sex in a human body.
And why are you worried about only school girls? What about boys?
Even the first human on planet, be it adam or eve, did not have recourse to movies, and still they were able to reproduce.
I do not know if you live in India or Canada, but you seem to have a very wrong notion of equating anything that is non-Indian or western to sex. Or may be, you are too much obsessed with sex. Even for Canadian teenagers with raging hormones, sex may be just 10% of their daily activity. They go to school, do their homework, play, watch TV etc. etc. And it is the same people, who will someday enter the politics and be our leader, or enter the field of social work, and will help you when you are in trouble.
And even the Catholics are very conservatives when it comes to premarital sex, homosexuality or abortion. They make a major chunk of Canadian or US population.
Your posts remind me about that story of two Buddhist \\\"sadhus\\\" who had to carry a woman across the river. While one \\\"sadhu\\\" had no difficulty carrying a woman on his shoulders, the other \\\"sadhu\\\" was continously thinking about \\\"woman\\\".

Guys, no matter how happy you are here, u shouldn't have replied to somebody's post in such a sick way. People like you only are changing the image of India in non-Indian's eyes. You come here & suddenly you are better off huh?! India is merely just slum areas for you & the bollywood film directors are joke for you as the hollywood directors probably living in next basement from you.
If somebody is happy & proud about India, let them be as they might have better life than you did there.

Probably there is chance that you guys might not be even Indians. If u r not guys, u don't have any right to say anything against India, thanks for keeping your knowledge of India to yourself.
We are proud Canadians of Indian origin, but we have feet on our ground. Having seen the best (and the worst) of both of the world, people atleast have the balanced view of life.
We have come here to survive, and to survive,we had to adapt ourselves. We cannot survive if we cannot adapt to changed circumstances (Darwinism is handy!!!!). I cannot progress in this country, if I remain aloof from the Canadian society, clinging hard to my Indian values.

Who said that all Indians live in slums? And for sure Bollywood does not equate to Karan Johar movies.
