I am here on work permit and will be working here now onwards..
I have come in Calgary in last month only. I have a permanent job with me.
Shall I apply for immigration from Canada ? Can I do that.. ?
What do I need to do to apply for an immigration ?

I did while i was here in toronto via Buffalo Canadian consulate. It is better to do it from US as the processing time is much lesser than same in DeLhi.

i think you can apply from within canada. talk to a immigration lawyer

You can apply from here and can submit in Buffalo. Just a word of caution: Make sure you can obtain a visa to enter USA in case you are required to attend an interview.
