Hi,
I am an Indian and am presently in UK on working holidaymaker visa for 2 years. It has been 3 months since i came here. Now i want to apply for immigration to canada.Do i have to go back to india for applying or can i apply from here.
If i can apply from here also how much time roughly would the application take and
do i have to show funds here or will showing funds in my indian account will do.
What things do i have to take care of when i apply from here and do i have to wait for sometime or i can apply immidiately.I am vey confused at this point of time so please advise. Also feel free to give me any information which you think will be important as i am completely unaware of the procee.

you can apply from UK after living one year in UK
or you need to go back to India to apply for it
You can not apply from any other country
You only have 2 choice of country --1) country of citizen --2) country of Residence (where you have been lived legally at least for last 1 year)
Dear all,
I would like to know some details about applying from a Foreign country.

I donot know which one is true. kindly help me too sir!

BALA,
U NEED A VALID 12 MONTHS VISA IN GERMANY FROM THE DATE OF YOUR APPLICATION. IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW LONG U HAVE BEEN THERE BEFORE APPLYING.
HOPE IT HELPS
