Hello all,
I applied for immigration in Jan 2004, Interview was scheduled on September 2005, received intimation for medical exam immediately thereafter and paying of ROLF in OCT 2005. After all this I received a correspondence from CIC on the 9th NOVEMBER asking to provide my Degree verification letter from the university by 15 days. This letter i received on the 18th November and immediately i asked for an extension of time by email as well as fax. Luckily my parents in India could arrange for a verification letter from my university on the 23 Nov and the required documents were faxed as well as a set of photocopies sent by courier.
On the 20 Dec i receive an email from CIC confirming 90 days extension. This surprised me as by now they should have receive the verification letter sent by fax/courier. Anyway my question is...
1) Should i send the original Verification letter by courier or not?
2) Will my application be processed after the 90 day period.... in which case i will have to wait till March 2006.
I am practically LOST and all i see is a dead end!!!
Suggestions welcome.
Regards,
Chandan Aidur.

Hi to all...
I would suggest, send the original degree verification letter right away (not the original degree certificate) by courier, dont wait. Keep a notarised copy for your records.
Best of luck.

Hi Caidur,
Was reading thru your posts and various hardships that you went thru to get the attestation done... Was just wondering if you have got thru to Canada, I suppose yes by now...
