Can someone help please.

I have nearly completed my tax filing and have 2 questions:

1. Claiming expenses on employee used car with T2200 - I had purchased a second hand car for 2500/- (paid on my credit card) can I include this amount as deduction?

2. Professional fees paid for membership for a field you are working in for networking to enhance your knowledge, Is this deductable?
