US-H1 visa approved but not stamped and ....help needed in how to reenter from canada...
Hi,
I have a valid H1 visa which i got while in usa,i have landing papers ,please can somebody tell me if US embassy will stamp it or will i ahve to go to my home country to get it stamped.....on their official site they r now entertaining visa like L n H for landed immigrants)...anyone who has some clue or similar situation....please help,I have to land soon coz my canadian immgration will expire.
1.this is my first visit to canada after getting the landindgpapers.
2.Ill be entering to toronto via USA(where wright now working underH1b approved papers
3.Do i need an address in toronto to apply thru this embassy.
Pleasee somebody help.
