Friends,
I plan to enter Canada from US by car. Have a concern. I will appreciate incase you can give me advice on the same.

I entered US on H4 (dependent visa). Got a job here and changed my visa to H1b (work permit). I have a copy of the workpemit (I-129) valid until July-2005. The I-129 also has an I-94 ATTACHED. However I do not have the passport stamped with the H1 visa. The only place where I will be able to get my passport stamped is India. As I am pregnant, I do not want to travel to India.
Incase we cross the Canada border by road ,will I have a problem to enter the US because I do not have my H1 visa stamped or is the valid I-129 & I94 sufficent.

Hi there,

Why can't you get your visa stamp from Canada, if you can't visit india.
