Dear Masoodbhai,

I am confused. I ahve a chance for getting H1B and Canda PR visa.

I have apllied for PR visa under indepndent category in September 2001.

Got Interview waiver and medicals in April, 2003.

After medical test, submitted RPRF, PCC, Proof of funds and passports etc.. on 25 June, 2003.

(a question: how long I have to wait? E client status seems not to be working now a days or my PC is not accepting cookies!)

Now awaiting for Visa.

At the same time my immediate boss who is at the moment in USA has shown me possibility of H1B. I have submitted my resume ( Thanks to Rashmibhai for help in prepration from his resume).

Now I wonder what will happen if Iam asked to submitt further documents for H1B process? I do not have my passport with me.

Also would you tell me if I get my PR visa and get my passport stamped, then can I submit such passport for H1B?

How shoud I managed for both PR visa of Canada and H1B of USA?

Your Canadian PR: looks imminent. couple of more months. most probably January 2004.

Your H1B: Canadian laws do not prevent you from engaging in any other form of legal immigration/work to another country. I am not sure about US laws. I steer clear of advice not related to Canada. Sorry ...

I am a technical person. Will you plese explain me in a layman language what menas by " looks imminent. "

Should I take it as Looks confirme and start preparations? (A positive attitude:) )
