I am working on TN status since July 1, 2005, before that I worked in Canada for the month of Jan and Feb, my wife also have some self-employed income for 4 months in 2005 in canada.
I also have a rented property in Canada.

Any tips if I am filing taxes by myself, as I am running out of time?

Any helpful websites where I can get some tips (INS and CCRA are so complicated and I am totally lost there).

Can I still use QuickTax 2005 to file Canadian Taxes online?

Am I gonna use 1040NR?
any links for help to file state and federal taxes?

Any cheap Tax consultant in DC Metro Area? I need to file the taxes for both US/Canada.

Will appriciate your help.

cross border taxes are compilcated and expensive. Do not expect cheap preparation as not everybody can do it
