Generally GST is charged only if your income exceeds $30K / annum. To get a GST # - 10 minutes (depending on how fast you can type)

CRA has closed all the counters. So one has to apply either online or by mail. In case of a corporation Article of Incorporation has to be mailed out to CRA. Any one who needs any help can call me at 416-305-0080 for a no obligation, no fee consultancy.
