Leaving in Canada with PR and working in US (H1B) with good 5 year Credit history in US. Does it help to reduced down payment for buying home in Canada?
Please help is anyone have had similar situation.

Every situation is different when it comes to new immigrant who do not have job in Canada but would like to buy a house here on the basis of US job and or credit history.
