Hi,

You have to submit before CIC, a Finiancial Statement from Chartered Accountant in which you can show your LIC (paid-up value) amount.

You can continue your LIC after coming here.
Just you have to do:

1.) Convert all LIC premium's payment term from monthly payment to annual or six monthly (before coming here)

2) Open NRE account in HDFC or ICICI (after reaching here) and register all LIC policies for online payment

3) Register your policies on http://www.licindia.com" rel="nofollow">LINK (Optional). You can check all details of your policy online after registeration.

Whenever your LIC become due, your bank account web page showing that now this policy has become due for payment then just click on that policy and make a payment. Bank debit amount in your NRE account and pay LIC premium. and you can also cross verify by checking your policy details on LIC's website.

LIC has good return as well as cover your life even though you are in Canada. Please dont terminate it.
