Dear CD's let's dedicate this thread for only business listings in Canada.

Recently i was interested in buying some businesses - I came across some very good deals.
here i am posting few, if someone interested,
these are good opportunities for those who are doing odd jobs.

Bank's can finance the buildings, but you have to buy inventories(for grocery stores),
In case of motel's, if you have some down payment then banks/credit unions may finance, depends on your credit history
