I was wondering if anyone has any idea about the apartments in Windsor, ON where you dont have to sign the lease for an year or so. Also, which area in Windsor is better to stay?

I would say South windsor is the best place to live but you don't find many apartments overthere. Probably you can talk to Bhullar @ 519-254-5966 . He owns an apartment complex which is pretty decent and he also owns a indian grocery store next door. But, I am not sure about the lease.
