Hello:

Does anyone have any insight on gem stones? My mom is visiting me from India and she would like to buy some gem stones in strings from here. Is it cheaper to buy it from here? Is there any quality difference? She wants to buy them in strings and then make it in to jewelery in India. Any thoughts on it? Also, If anyone knows any good place that sells only gems in and around toronto, please email me back.

I have not seen any other store doing business in GEMS on Gerrard St.

Also, I am not sure of the prices are just, but I visited this store 3-4 times and bought several items, the stones are good though.
one suggestion is do a good bargaining...
