any immigration visas in May 2006 from New Delhi?

My consultant says that he hasn't received any visas for any of his clients in this month of may. Has anyone got immigration visa from CHC, NEW DELHI stamped in May?

I am asking this question since last year quota for new delhi expired in june/july and people had to wait till jan 06.

YES, Delhi CHC has issued visa in May.

yes, I got my visa na refund of half the landing fees
