HELLO ALL,

My timeline is below

Applied in February 2012

I put the Immigration papers for my wife and it was received on Feb 2 ,2012 at mississuaga
I got first approval from Mississauga on May 1,2012. ( It took exactly 3 months.) Stage 1 decision made .File sent to ND.

Got the email from New Delhi for passport request on 10 may, 2012.
Sent my passport to ND on 13 may,2012.
Status changed from "application received" to "In process " today 6/19/2012 .Till now it was "application received "
Now waiting for ND decision ,We can expect a interview call or direct passport with visa stamp anytime soon . Who knows what happens next

Can anybody give me any clue how long it will take from new Delhi to get Stamped Passport ?

Just 2 days ago they changed processing times to 8 months from 6 for ND spouse sponsorship files.

People in ND are nuts . They first kept changing the processing dates back and forth and now they have increased the overall processing time. They should hire some more people for clearing the backlog .
