It looks like some good news ...

What can be imagined can be achieved ...
Wellll ....!! This sounds me more complicated...
Isn't it better that we just send whole application at a time..... ??
It says the department will contact us back when they are ready to access our application.... This means that we can not do anything untill we hear from them to send more documents.... And I thing this will take longer than current procedure.
It seems like they are just imitating the Australian Immigration precess...
Les's hope this will take less time than current method and people get chance sooner to migrate.

This news is a two edged sword which would cut both ways.
A piece of advice to my fellow Indians in India who plan to immigrate to Canada. If you plan to immigrate to Canada and your children in high school, you should file several applications with you as the principal applicant, and another with you child as the principal applicant and you should mention all possible degrees under the education(the degrees should be the ones they aspire to) so that by the time their turn comes(many 10 to 15 years) they can strike out the wrong ones and submit evidence of their actual degree and get their landing papers.
May be the by this way, once a child is born they should file for passport and as they get into queue for Kindergarten admission and Gas connection they can file for Canadian Immigration !.
Good Luck on Canadian Immigration !

Speech by Thomas Friedman of The New York Times....
"When we were young kids growing up in America, we were told to eat our
vegetables at dinner and not leave them. Mothers said, 'think of the
starving children in India and finish the dinner.' And now I tell my
children: 'Finish your maths homework. Think of the children in India
who would make you starve, if you don't.'"
isnt this same as the news posted before
