Its a bit on the edge for sure...but I don't think its profane or anything. Do you?
Its hard to draw a line on what to allow and what not since there can be a zillion words/combinations.

If anybody wants to opt for such name as 'har___' (and if he means it ..) why would anybody else have an objection on somebody having such names as their screen/user ID... Am NOT for it.
Its all about "Freedom of ___ " and making sense out of what they want. Isn't it ?

A couple of years back, there was someone who signed up with an id "SexyVixen". And there was a big hooplah and a LOOONG thread on whether this was appropriate or not. Whilst everyone was out to lunch discussing the merits / issues of freedom of speech, this member never really contributed to the forum.
There are literally dozens and dozens of word combinations that can be used to create an id. If enough members have objection to this ID, sure, I can go ahead and ban it. But where do you draw the line? Should all ids that are offensive to anyone be banned?
The baseline I use is raw profanity (for which I've banned quite a few people) and since there's no book that defines an acceptable level, its a judgement call. And the judgement call (plus the fact that HOH is not exactly a very active member (10 or so posts in 1.5 yrs)) tells me that despite it not being the most appropriate id, its a non-issue.
And yeah, if you had an ID like "G****", I would ban it right away. Another judgement call.
Those are my views, however "stereotypical". But let's hear from some other members and if say a lot of people think that such an ID should be banned on CanadianDesi, I will go ahead and do it.

Dont see a major problem with it personally. Ofcurse, others may have strong objections and I have no problem with that either.
BTW: harami means 'baby'/'pregnant'/'body within' in Japanese. Maybe the guys Japanese.

I think harami is worded as an abuse and means bastard. 'Bastard of bastards' - Such id does not reflect a purposeful participation.
