Could any body suggest good and cheap notary services in Vancouver area?

I contacted two but they are asking 30$ for one paper? that's too much.

we get it done at our td branch in toronto.

I am not sure about BC but in Montral I used to go to our city office and if you have city membership card(cost only $12 for 4 year mombership)they do upto 5 page document per day notorized absolutely free
