In your case to have more clear idea about rejection what I suggest is that if you are in Canada then order the CAIPS notes or ask your brother to order for it then you will able to know more clear idea why your imm was rejected. Hope this info helps you and bring some light on your case.

My brother and I exchanged our thoughts about CAIPS file and the way some people were profiting out of it.

CIC website also clarify how people can have access to their files. This is good because now the system is more transparent and people will now begin to ask for such files without having to pay no more than $CAD 5.

my hubby is in canada.he was basically on student visa from sep 2006 to april 2007.then was on PGD workpermit oct 2007 to sep 2008.and right now he is having HRDSC WorkPermit since Sep'09.

he has just put up his file in this this OCT'08 .as he has having HRDSC approval,he will get extra points in PR.i m in india,i m his wife so he has also include my details at the time of PR application in Buffalow only.

how much time it will take to get PR as he has HRDSC...i think 8 months????

and also i did my diploma in computer engg -2 and half yrs after my 12th means overall i am having education of 14 and half years.how much points my hubby will get in his PR application.
