I guess people must have faced some problems or other in Apartments ... and Management is not giving a damn to your complaints

Where do we go and what can we do with such problems?

Problems Like -
- Heaters not working properly during this Winter (What temperature do they have to maintain?)
- Power failure
- Elevator Problems
- Hot Water
- Garbage Clearance
- Snow removal from Parking lot

And there are many other ,,, which I must have forgot ...

Any LIGHTS on this Issue?
