Hello All,

I would like to know all the problems you faced when you started working in Canada. Lets discuss all the problems in detail and also look for a solution for them. I know this is just a small discussion board. but though it is small lets start it. who knows where it goes. there are lots of indian people coming to canada to settle here. at least they will know how things are in real world.

I also would like to tel you guys that this will help me do my project well... im doing a project on cross cultural issues in work place.

the point is im supposed to submit a project on the work place problems tht a HR comes across. I chose the topic to be cross cultural issues. I want to know about evry petty issue you have faced in your work place and your co workers treatment, the problems you faced because fo your relocation and any thing related.... so tht I can have a proper insight into the issues.
