There is a french proverb, Celui qui s'accuse s'exuse. So open ur french dictionary and get the meaning.

"those that accuse, apologize".

That makes no sense. Arent you the one that accused Canadians of being immoral?

then go ahead and apologize.

One sec Morning Rain. Are we actually going to reason with this knucklehead? He doesn't deserve that much attention surely?

Precisely!

I should also add that you guys should be wary of possible trolls like these. Its happened in the past where there's guys who write jumbled English on CD just for the heck of it. Its not the agenda that's baffling to me, its the lack of one because it seems to me that some of these jokers could speak ok English ordinarily.

One overwhelming similarity with these characters is their inclination to talk about how they have great jobs but are worried that so many desis doing labor jobs here in Canada.

The trick is to look for statistical patterns in incorrect English and you'll sometimes see the forced ambiguity emerge. Haven't paid such close attention to this joker here, but I suspect more of the same.

Let him be.

Hi MR,

Good link, however was disappointed in noting that neither Christopher Plummer (Sound of Music) nor Deepa Mehta(Water) are mentioned in the actor/directors section.

In the music section, Jann Arden (of Alberta) is not mentioned.

Unless I am too doggone tuckered to notice I think a sports section is missing. How can one talk of Canadian culture without the ubiquitous Hockey and Curling? And what happened to Wayne Gretzky?

I do believe one can edit Wikipedia- do you know how to do it? If so please let me know and I shall modify to include the above names.Or perhaps you would like the honours?

Having lived all your life in Canada, can you think of any other influential personalities that should be included?

Hi Ashakeel

If you don't mind, would you please be so kind as to let us on the board know what it means? Maybe there is some deep connotation.

The way I read it is that those who point an accusing finger, leave themselves out of the picture, even though they may be guilty of the same subject they are accusing others of.
What's your interpretation?

Hang loose

Hey MR, fill us in. Where are the nudist beaches in Canada?

Investpro,
There is a nudist beach at Centre Island (closed in winter). You need to take a ferry from the harbour front and land at center island. A girl will give you a map of centre island from where you can get directions to this spot.
Also at the gay parade (held one each year in downtown), there is a Nudist booth. You can find people nude in that booth.
