Please throw some light on the utility company that canvassed our neighborhood in Mississauga. Superior Energy Management (SEM) is offering gas delivery rate at 26.9cents per cubic meter for a 5 year contract.

Enbridge's supply rate is 30.59 as per last bill in Dec 2003.

Is it a good idea to contarct with SEM versus Enbridge?

Well, in my opinion contract is not beneficial for the consumer, let it be from any company. Last months rate was 23.49 cents. Don’t forget, because of winter gas is bit expensive at this time. If you compare with SEM you are saving almost 3.5 cents. Gas price is varying between 20 cents and 24 cents since one year. So you decide what is good for you.
