Hi CD friends,
I had these people from" National Home Services" offering me to replace my hot water tank free of cost with a new tank "energy efficient" reducing my mthly gas bill by $15/- , I remember of having read a post by some fellow CD member having some issues asociated with this, but cannot find the same can some of you friends who are aware of this throw some light on this exchange ?
Any experiences good or bad.

They are scam!!!! Do not even think about that.

1. Are they offering you a waterless tank
2. Do they guarantee the $15 reduction in monthly billing.
3. Is there a contract that you need to sign
4. Is there a rate guarantee, for how long
These are some of the Q's that you need to get answers to. Once you find you it would make it easy for you to make a decision
Most tanks these days are energy efficient, unfortunately the savings part is hyped up by the vendors.

They are not offering any savings guarantee, yes we are entering a contract, and they do offer rate capping for life.
(However I am not too sure on the last part.)
I think I am not going for this for now.
