Is it true that if I am in Canada and my wife sponcer me from here from Missisauga CIC office,

even if i dont have status ..Does it take 2month ? (my Skilled Worker file currently in procedure from Buffalo)

can any one tell me how long it take .. Is it faster than my wife sponcer me if i go back to INDIA ?

Can anyone tell me the address of CIC Missisauga office ?
