Hi All (please HELP)
I sponcer my wife few months ago and her file has been tranfer to the CHC ISD after approvel and we get file # as well in first week of July. I was going through her forms and find out by mistake we filled up some of the wrong information like there was a Q about when the marrige was held, we suppose to write down 15dec 2003 and we wrote 15dec 2004 (which still has to come).
The second mistake was on Form 5490(sponsored spouse Questionnaire) on Q #17 where they ask about the marrige, if it is arrange? and where it took place. anwser should be by parents on 5 dec 2003 at home . and by mistake we filled up by parents on 15 Dec 2003 at hotel ( our wedding date and place).

Last and final blander is on form 5540(sponsor questionnaire)on Q #8 where they ask if you resided other then canada? answer should be YES beacuse i was living in pakistan before coming to Canada and i check NO there.( i thought they are asking if i am residing other then canada after the time i came here)

My Q should I contact the CHC and inform them about the information. is it right time to inform or wait for them to ask about the information.
i am really worried we didn't get any responce from CHC from last 2 months (the last thing was the file #)
What should i do, i hope you all help me in this matter
( what i learn in this, READ forms 20 times before sending )
