I can help out on the “daru “ not on the” gud“
Take 200 grm’s of gud , put it in a katori with 3 glass full water boil it , the gur should be dissolved in the water , cool it add a bit of starch ,or boiled rice paste with water ( 1 glass ) add pepper & salt ,ferment it for a day . Bang you have daru .
Any takers ??? It is going to smell bad /good depending on your constitution . Please see that the gud is the one made from date palm sap and not from the sugar cane . ( it could be made from the sugar cane juice but that is not so good .
