Dear Paul
This is the first time I am hearing of a revised pcc. I have obtained my pcc from the passport office mumbai in nov'03 and have submitted it to the CHC, Delhi. They have stamped the pcc on my passport too. Will this pcc be accepted? Could you explain what is the revised pcc? I too have sent my passports to the CHC for visa stamping
Awaiting your response.
Fernandes

Dear Mr. Gian Paul,
I am writing you from Italy. My PR file is in it's conclusion stage. Canadian Embassy, Rome asks to transfer fund to Canada before stamping visa on Passports. I have contacted many canadian banks to open an account with them to able transfer the said money but they all denied me to open an account without my presence in their branch.
Please advise me, how to resolve this situation,.
Thanks.

Dear Paul,
Hi I have applied for immigration to canada in march 2001 and got my file numebr in June2001. I qulaify for 72 points and my husbands gets 73.We both have an IELTS band of 8.5 and 8 respectively. My agent has assured us that we will get an interview waiver and we will definitely get a hearing on our case from CHC by the 31st of march 2004. Is it true that the CHC will definitely do this by the deadline. i know a lot of people who havent qulaified with as many marks and have applied after us have already got their visas and landing papers. why is it so?
Thanks a lot for your time.
