Hi,

I wanted to knw, if it was possible to file a law suit againts a canadian university.
I am an international student and not currently in India.

I am very much frustrated with the way university is working.

They just keep on promising me that they have send the documents and i haven't received it.
Whithout this documents i am unable to apply for visa and that making me mad.

If i don't apply for the visa on time, its is very likey i will my classes this fall, and the course is only offered every fall, so its waste of one whole year.

Apart from that they just keep on reverting me back to different department stating that our department does not take handle such issues.

any help on this is highly appreciated.
