My question for today is :

Can an international student studyin in Canada apply for USA studen visa if he / she has been accepted by a US institution? or does he/she have to go to his / her country of citizenship and apply?

as far as i know one can apply to come to study in usa as long as they apply anywhere outside usa, but i would still like to confirm..

You can apply from Canada for student visa to USA .
But they can ask you to apply from your home country if they find any confusions in you file.
