I was listening to the radio this morning (580 AM) on the way to office. The host, Lowe Green, was discussing the "rumoured proposal" of the liberal govt to do away with the faith based schools after the elections, if they win. He was coming heavily on the rumour that catholic school board would be done away with replaced by a huge public school board system across the province. Whether this is going to happen or not, certainly this is going to start a big discussion among the catholic parents.
Just curious. Are there any madarasas in the province? If so, are they funded by the province?

This is unlikely and impossible by a next liberal Govt. especially when they will with fewer seats. That most likely is fear mongering by conservatives.
