Sponsoring Spouse if you live in USA

Hi

I am a permenant residence but working in USA.I want to sponser my wife so anybody can guide me what i have to do,i just got immigration and after taking the PR card,I came back to USA.I never worked in canada.so am i still able to sponsor my wife?
