Hi,

Currently I’m in Canada on work permit. My work permit is valid till July 2009. if my current assignment is over by Jan 2009. Can I stay back in Canada till July 2009.
Is it legal?

If the stamp in your passport indicates "July 2009", then the answer is "YES."
