No lawyer handles everything, specially if you are looking for the the big shots. Everyone has specialisations like criminal, real estate, litigation, corporate, domestic, etc. Your best bet would be to look for good(and big) law firms who handle all types of cases. But do you really need someone or some firm who handles everything?
