Temple near eglinton kennedy

Hello CD's

Now that i have settled down,took a house near eglinton kennedy.
I was wondering...are there any temples near by...i m pretty sure there are some...as i have seen some ppl with vibhuthi and kumkuma on their foreheads....could plz let me know?

Hey and can someone plz guide me how do we reach sai baba temple near markham thru public transport....TTC

Hi Prince,

There is a big temple run by srilankan tamils, named "Canada Kanadaswamy Temple" is on Birchmount Rd, south of Eglinton (733 Birchmount Rd.)

Take East bound bus to Markham Road from Kennedy Station. Get down at Markham Road.
Take North Bound Markham Road bus and as you will pass Markham and Finch (over a flyover), next stop is for temple. You should see temple on right though it is in a warehouse.

There is Laxmi Narayan Temple at Morning Side. There is direct bus from Kennedy Station (I think it is 116 Morning Side). The temple is on Morning Side and North of Shepperd.
