Hello:

We are a family of four (Husband + wife + 2 children age 4 & 8). We are going to migrate in June'09.

Please advise the average prices for reasonable house in safe Indian locality.

Try CD classified or Kijiji or Craigs list.
People on CD in vancouver are very less.
The rule in Toronto is : Be careful of Desi's. they mostly try to get the max. money with minimum faclities. Try Chinese or East European. However, for veg. food, you must adjust with Desi's only.
