If your brother is well skilled in a job or a profession and he has family here in Canada, Plus he has 67 points, then he will get his papers processed faster than your time frame that you have provided here. So, hang in there....

But for those who might have enough points and 'no skills etc.,' will be turned away if there is no support or skills to settle down with, here in Canada. But if they hang in there it will take them ...

Statistics Canada says that 50% of all skilled class of applicants stand a chance of getting their immigration papers processed within a period of 36 months. So, here is some good and a lot of bad news.

Those are the effects of the New legislation upon this Bill and is being thrashed in the Parliament of this country. They also want to separate this Bill and fight for all of the immigrants. So, send your supports and comments to the Members of the Parliament expressing your concerns.
