Hi,
I am currently on a 3 years work permit in Canada along with my wife. We both are working for a full time job in software company for almost 6 months and wanted to apply for PR.
As far as I know, I have three options.
1. Apply under Provincial Nominee Program
With High application fees (1500 $) and unpredictable processing time.
2. Apply under Federal Skilled worker
With High processing time ( 25 months)
3. Wait till February 2015 (till then I will be having 1 year of Canadian Experience) and apply under Canadian Experience Class (11 months processing time)
Initially, I wanted to go for 3rd option but due to the introduction of Express Entry in January 2015, I am not sure if I can still EASILY apply under 3rd option or not.
Should I go for Option 1 or 2 or waiting for 3 rd option is right ?
Any Suggestion will be highly appreciated.
Option 3. Make sure you have proper experience letter and job contract.
Express Entry has nothing to do in your case.
Thanks Sir for replying. So do you mean, the new express entry system has nothing to with the Canadian Experience Class program in next year?
