I am a new member planning to apply for immigration.I will be applying under skilled worker class

First of all thanks to all who made this website and others who keep it active and updated

I have a family of 5. Website says I need to show proof of some $21000 CAD when I apply for immigration . Now I need to know does this amount has to be in Cash , DD or FD only or I can show my propertly like a plot or a house also.

I have a plot which I can sell but I want to sell after I get my immigration and not before it , hence this question

the proof funds could be bonds , fds and convertable into cash or liqufiable assets. You need to show 21000 and have the access to transfer 21000 in funds at any given point of time.
