Hi

I am from Montreal Quebec,

I am looking for Mortgage broker who can do very tuff file.

I hv client whose : School Teacher , 67K a year salary + Wife gets 2400$ child benefit.

sounds good ! but not yet.

he has (I9) , problem with lease car , and he stop paying monthly payement so went to collections and then to judgement . so he messed up his credit bad.

Wife is still new in country, she recently got secure card of 1000$ on her name, so no credit yet.

They guy score is 627.

Can any one help us to get mortgage ?

Also the house price is bit more then market value so if someone can convince to approved by CMHC would be nice

So please let me know if someone is strong enough to get mortgage
