this is all a scam, i know of a person who himself took thos course after the promise that he will get 14$ job but after the training he was sent to a security company where he was disqualified for no reason and when thi guy went to teh licensing company they simply answered back we cant do anything bcoz recruiting company has disqualified you. ask your friend not to pay anything bcoz security companies provide free training to their employees and even uniform.
