hi,

Just wanted to find out what is the current savings bank rate in Canada? Also where should one invest one's money so as to get the best returns?

Would love to know the answers. Thanks in advance...

Hi,

I personally feel if one has some amount to invest, have adequate information and go for long term investments in Mutual Funds other than putting in banks. The less interest may be earned but end up with equal or more tax.

If interested, do contact me for better options. My no. is in your message box.

Thanks!

Impossible to answer without knowing your investment goals, time horizon and risk tolerance.
Personally, I invest in penny stocks and diamond mining companies because the best returns are there - I suggest you do the same :p

No doubt it is hard to advise without time horizon and specially the risk tolrence. As suggested, penny stocks and diamond mining are good option but investment comes with risk too.

Various options are available so do some studies and go what fits you better.

please check the interest rates of SBI Canada and see if it suits you. I usually prefer SBI High rate savings account
