my friend,s pension get deposited each month in bank in india in his savings bank account.he came to canada on pr card before four yrs.now,bank not allowing to take out accumalated pension.how he can get that money in india.if anybody knows.

Bank can not do that on its own. The money belongs to your friend. Bank is just a custodian. Tell your friend if the bank has got any instructions from RBI or any other authority in India.
