Ramadan Kareem to all muslim friends on the forum!
Though I'm not a muslim....I m missing the festive time in Dubai during Ramadan.....those decorations thru out the town,sales,hustle-bustle in malls till late nite, aftaar parties, biryanis, pakora stalls at every corner......

I don't think i miss it. It was a pain for one month. Cannot eat or drink in the day time for a whole month. No entertainment. Glad i am not there anymore.

It was great in Dubai during the Ramadan festival especially work only half days for 30 days and still get paid full. It was like having holidays for a full month.

Ramadan mubarak to those who observe it and honestly there is nothing stopping anyone by just trying it to taste the evening fun as well.
I do miss the festivities on the Eid as well as Ramadan. I am sure for those who do not observe will pose inconvenience where food is not available.
